Process Capabilities
Chase Coating & Laminating has the capability to laminate and coat flexible substrates to exacting standards using various adhesive and curing technologies. Our process and coating methods are detailed below:

Solventless Lamination: To 60” wide. Two component 100% solids adhesive and U.V. curing.

Aqueous Coating & Lamination: To 72” wide.

Organic Solvent Lamination: To 74” wide.

Extrusion: 6” Extruder with 72” flat die and capability of producing a 70-100 mil web.

Compounding: 200 gal Mixtruder -- heated jacket/sigma mixer/screw discharge. 100 gal Mixtruder -- heated jacket/sigma mixer/screw discharge

Slitting: A variety of slitters capable of converting tapes and mill rolls from .25 to 78 inches.

Traverse Spooling: Over 150 banks of spooling with capability to traverse widths from 1⁄4” and capacity up to 80 pounds per spool.
